Just as important as the outcome was the process. Developing this new website was a huge undertaking for Child Matters. Yet the team at Black Sheep made the whole process simple and enjoyable – even when we dropped some very difficult challenges and time frames on them. They were always extremely professional and had a ‘just make it happen’ approach, yet at the same time kept a relaxed, laid back attitude and great sense of humour.
The service since the launch has been great too. Every time we have raised “housekeeping” issues and minor changes, Jono has jumped straight onto it and sorted things out.
