Definitions

Provider Site	A website setup by Black Sheep Creative Ltd. and powered/sponsored by Webhealth for a Provider.
The Provider	The organisation or individual whom a Provider Site is developed for.
Black Sheep Creative Ltd.	Primary designer, In-site software developer.
Linkage Trust	Primary sponsor of Provider Sites through Webhealth.
Hosting Services	The rental of the website space, bandwidth, domain name, In-site Software.
In-site	The Site Management Software used to build the Provider Site and used by the Provider to update their Provider Site.

Eligibility
Only Providers listed in the Webhealth directory are eligible to apply for a Provider Site. Applications will be accepted at the discretion of Linkage Trust and/or Black Sheep Creative Ltd.   

Turn around time
Black Sheep Creative Ltd. will setup the website to a working testsite stage ready to have content added within 10 normal business days from full placement of order and full payment received by Black Sheep Creative Ltd.

Full placement of order
Full placement of order includes all required information in the Provider Sites order form. Including, but not limited to choice of template, colours, hosting plan, domain name, supply of Provider logo and/or samples of the Provider’s brand and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

Payment terms
Payment is due prior to the start of the term. The hosting term is 12 months and paid in advance. Unless cancellation notice is given the hosting will automatically renew for another term - which ever term the Provider is currently on. For hosting renewals and domain name renewals payment is due 20th of the month following invoice.

In-site
From the start of the hosting term, the first month of In-site access will be FREE (to enable Providers to easily load the content of their site). If the Provider did not choose to use the In-site service on an on-going basis they will need to apply to continue to use In-site after that first month.   

Hosting upgrades
Upgrades to hosting services will be charged pro rata up to the term anniversary date.

Hosting cancellation & downgrades
Cancellation or downgrade of hosting services must be made in writing (email, fax or post) to Black Sheep Creative Ltd. There will be no refund for cancellation or downgrade of hosting services.

Bandwidth (data transfer) & disk space limits
The hosting accounts have pre-set bandwidth and disk space limits. If an account's limit is reached, you may be asked to pay bandwidth or disk space usage fees on a monthly basis or upgrade to an account with higher limits.

Powered by Webhealth banner
As long as a Provider Site exists within the scope of the standard Provider Site specifications the 32 pixel deep banner with a hyperlink to Webhealth will reside at the top of the Provider Site on every page within the site. The information and design inside the banner is subject to change without notice at the discretion of Webhealth and Black Sheep Creative Ltd.

Template design credit
A link to Black Sheep Creative Ltd. will appear at the bottom of each page of a Provider Site crediting the template design.

Promotional Use
Black Sheep Creative Ltd. and Linkage Trust may use Providers Provider Sites as examples for promotional purposes (i.e. portfolio, samples, etc.), unless Provider specifically requests otherwise.
