Just as important as the outcome was the process. Developing this new website was a huge undertaking for Child Matters. Yet the team at Black Sheep made the whole process simple and enjoyable – even when we dropped some very difficult challenges and time frames on them. They were always extremely professional and had a ‘just make it happen’ approach, yet at the same time kept a relaxed, laid back attitude and great sense of humour.
